Amirhosein Mousavi is a Lead Research Data Scientist working towards sustainability and climate action using Earth science data to identify emission hotspots, forecast emission inventories, and develop mitigation policies. As a seasoned data scientist, Amirhosein brings a wealth of expertise at the nexus of Earth data science and sustainability, fueled by a PhD background. Over the past five years, he has delved deep into the intersection of data, sustainability, and health, honing his skills in areas such as urban air quality, environmental justice, and climate change. With experience at IQAir’s information platform and current affiliation with Google Sustainability, he is committed to leveraging data-driven insights for positive environmental impact. Additionally, as a NASA HAQAST ambassador, he is passionate about bridging science and society to foster a more sustainable future.
